Marketing where they discuss and choose

Presence, participation and reputation, not advertising

The client decides on other people's words, not yours. We are responsible for what they find there.

Before the first contact

Your website is not where the decision is made

While you know nothing about the client, they have already formed an opinion about you from other people's sources. They open your website last, to confirm what they have already decided.

  1. Searches for the company name

    "[brand] reviews", "[brand] scam"

The first page of results shapes the opinion before your website even opens.

  2. Reads reviews and the rating

"can I trust them with money"

An empty profile or a fresh complaint without a reply reads as risk.

  3. Asks people for advice

    "what alternatives are there"

The answer names whoever is present in those discussions.

  4. Checks with an AI assistant

    "top services for my task"

The list includes whoever has enough external sources behind them.

None of these steps is visible in your analytics. For the sales team, a client who dropped out here simply never existed.

The difference in approach

Usually people buy tools. We are responsible for the whole picture.

The difference is not in what we do by hand, as the set of tasks largely overlaps. The difference is in who is responsible for the result your client sees.

How it is usually bought

A set of contractors per tool

  • One contractor for links, another for reviews, a freelancer for forums.
  • Each one reports on their own volume: 30 links, 10 articles, 20 mentions.
  • Nobody is responsible for the overall picture the client sees.
  • Gaps are found by accident, usually once the deal has gone to a competitor.
  • The tool is chosen in advance and the task is bent to fit it.
How we work

One map and one person in charge

  • The map comes first: where you are searched for, compared and verified before the purchase.
  • A report by decision points: what the client sees now and what has changed.
  • One person is responsible for the entire external picture of the brand.
  • We show the gaps before payment, 3-5 of them already on the first call.
  • The tool is picked for the gap we found, not the other way around.
What we do

Three programs. Each covers its own stretch of the client journey.

We start with an audit and a map, not with selling a service. Below is the hole each program closes and what the work includes.

When they ask for advice

Community Marketing

"When people ask for advice, it is not us who gets named"

  • We join the discussions where options are compared and recommendations are asked for.
  • We answer the questions where they are asked before the purchase.
  • We add mentions on third-party platforms where you are not present yet.

When they check before paying

Reputation Marketing

"They check us before paying and find emptiness or old negativity"

  • We tidy up the search results for the company name.
  • We fill in profiles on review platforms and work on the rating.
  • We reply to criticism and watch for new risks.
More about the program

Working inside: SERM · Trustpilot and other platforms

We do individual tools as well, but we do not sell them as a standalone solution: without a presence map the volume of work does not turn into a result.

How it works together

Three programs are one system, not three price lists

A client does not follow a single channel. That is why the programs overlap: the same work strengthens several decision points at once.

  1. Studies the topic

Not choosing a vendor yet, just figuring out the task.

    Search PresenceCommunity
  2. Builds a shortlist

Collects options from roundups, ratings and AI answers.

    Search PresenceCommunity
  3. Compares the finalists

Asks for advice and reads who other people recommend.

    CommunityReputation
  4. Checks before paying

Googles the name, reads reviews, looks for a reason to back out.

    Reputation
The map first, the tools after

Until you can see where exactly you are being lost, any volume of work is a blind bet.

One person owns the picture

No need to merge reports from three contractors and guess who is responsible for the failure.

Priorities are reassembled on facts

Choice points change. We revise the plan on data, not once a year.

Who it fits

Businesses where the decision is made before the first conversation

The more expensive and risky the purchase, the longer a client verifies you in other people's sources. That is exactly where we work.

SaaS and AI

They compare before the demo

The client studies alternatives, reads reviews and asks for advice long before requesting a demo.

FinTech and Finance

They verify before the money

Before registering they find out who you are, what is written about you and whether money can be trusted to you.

iGaming and Affiliate

They read complaints and reviews

The choice is driven by ratings, complaints and "best of" roundups on other people's sites, not on yours.

B2B services

They research without you

Before the first call they look at cases, expertise and reviews. You do not know about this stage.

Medical, pharma, legal

They look for confirmation

In sensitive niches, external signals of reliability and a safe choice matter most.

Agencies

They need a delivery team

We deliver the work under your brand: predictable volumes, a single report, no contact with your client.

Boundary of responsibility

When we are not a fit

It is more honest to say this before the call than to find out at the third meeting. We control our work, but not the decisions of third-party algorithms.

  • You need a result in 30 days
  • The budget is far below $1,500 per month
  • There is no product, website or demand
  • You need fake reviews and manipulation
  • You need a guarantee that any criticism is removed
  • You need one tool without a presence map
  • A fixed number of leads is expected
  • You need a brand monopoly in search results
How people start

Starting formats and budget benchmarks

We give the exact figure after the audit: the scope depends on markets, languages and the number of platforms. But it is more honest to know the benchmarks upfront.

Step 1

Audit and presence map

Fixed price per project

A standalone project with a clear result. We give the price after a short brief.

  • The queries where the purchase decision is made
  • The platforms where those queries are actually asked
  • Who occupies those points now instead of you
  • A 60-90 day work plan with priorities

The map stays with you even if you continue without us.

Wide coverage

Several markets and programs

from $2,500 / month

When there are several markets and languages, and the work has to run in search, reviews and discussions at the same time.

  • A separate map for each market and language
  • Two or three programs in parallel
  • Dozens of choice points instead of a few
  • The budget is calculated individually after the audit

We do not make one-size-fits-all plans: the same scope does not suit different businesses.

Separately, for agencies

  • White label. We deliver the work under your brand, with no contact with your client.
  • Predictable volumes. We plan the workload in advance so you can commit to your client.
  • A single report. In a format you can pass to the client without reworking it.
  • Budget. Depends on the volume and is discussed separately.

Top 10 page 3two problem pages in 3.5 months

Two negative pages left the Top 10

According to the author, after 3.5 months both problem pages were on the third page of Google. The Top 10 was taken by official resources, directories and neutral reviews.

Specifically noted: a realistic timeline, a clear plan, reports every two weeks and no hidden extra charges.

#3 #14the problem thread's position in 8 weeks

The negative thread moved to the second page

The author writes that the first changes appeared in week five. By week eight the problem URL dropped from position #3 to #14, and the task was completed within the agreed scope.

Why 4 out of 5: the result was confirmed, but they would prefer a live dashboard instead of reporting in Google Sheets.

No surprises

What happens after the request

So you understand what you agree to when pressing the button.

  1. 01

    We reply during business hours

First by email. Then however is convenient for you: email, call or messenger.

  2. 02

An intro call, about 30 minutes

We go through who your client is, what they check before buying and in which market. Access to the website or analytics is not needed.

  3. 03

We show 3-5 gaps before payment

Concretely: where the demand exists, where you are absent and who occupies those points now. Free and with no obligation.

  4. 04

    Then you decide

If the gaps look familiar, we propose an audit and a plan. If not, we part ways and what we found stays with you.

FAQ

What people ask before the work starts

01What does Buylink.pro do?

We are responsible for what a client learns about you and your product before the first conversation with you: category roundups and comparisons, discussions on forums and in communities, reviews and ratings, the search results for your company name, answers from AI assistants. We work through three comprehensive programs, not by selling separate tools.

02How do the three programs differ from each other?

Reputation Marketing covers what a client sees when they already know your name and are checking you before payment. Search Presence covers every point where a client picks a vendor: search, roundups, maps, AI. Community Marketing covers discussions and communities where people ask for advice and compare options.

03Can we start with one program?

Yes, that is how it usually starts. After the audit it is clear which point loses the most deals, and we start there. Full coverage comes later and only when it is justified.

04We already have an SEO contractor. Will you replace them?

Usually not. The SEO contractor is responsible for the website: rankings, traffic, the technical side. We cover what is outside the website: discussions, roundups, reviews, maps and AI answers. Most often we work alongside the existing contractor. If there is no contractor, we take the website too.

05What is free before the work starts?

A breakdown of your situation on the call and 3-5 concrete gaps that we find in open sources before the meeting. It does not oblige you to anything, and access to internal systems is not needed.

06How much does it cost?

The audit and the map are a fixed price per project and depend on the number of markets and platforms. A focused program starts at $1,500 per month, work across several markets starts at $2,500 per month. We give the exact figure after the audit.

07When do the first results appear?

Some assets are created quickly: profiles, pages, replies. Changes in search results, ratings and AI visibility are assessed over 60-90 days and beyond. Nobody does this work in 30 days, and we do not take it on.

08Do you buy reviews and post them in bulk?

No. We do not use fake accounts. We set up a process where real clients leave reviews within the rules of the platforms, and we work on replies to criticism.

09Can you remove negativity from search results?

Removal is decided by the platform or the resource owner, and that cannot be guaranteed. We check the material for rule violations and use official procedures, and in parallel we strengthen the results a client can trust.

10What does the reporting look like?

A report by decision points rather than by volume of work: where the client looked for you, what they see there now, what is done, what is queued and what the next step is. With URLs, statuses and dates.

11Who will we work with?

With specific people from the team, not a shared inbox. You can meet them before the start: the LinkedIn profiles are open and the intro call takes about 30 minutes.

12Do you work with agencies as a contractor?

Yes. We deliver the work under the agency brand with a single report and predictable volumes. Terms depend on the volume and are discussed separately.
