Description of the problem

March 2026. When launching a medical project in the USA, the client faced a “reputational barrier”. The American consumer does not make a decision about treatment or the purchase of medical services without checking reviews.

Situation “BEFORE”:

  • Zeroing of conversion: Users moved from advertising or search to the site, left to Google to check “Brand + reviews”, saw an empty Trustpilot page and did not return. The marketing budget was drained at the stage of final verification.
