Community Marketing: your brand inside communities

Your buyer asks Reddit for advice. Your competitor answers.

We bring your brand into the threads where buyers choose: Reddit, Telegram, Facebook groups, forums. We answer there as experts, not as advertising.

A real scenario, not a theory

The advice has been given. Just not by you.

The life of a single "what would you recommend" thread in a niche community. The question was asked once, but the thread keeps answering it for years: in search and in AI answers.

One thread works for years. People find it in search, AI retells it, other discussions link to it. As long as you are absent, all that time it sells someone else.

Not every discussion is worth the same

Four questions your audience asks in communities

From the hottest to the coldest. Advertising does not reach these threads. The only way in is to take part.

  1. 01 Money on the table

    "Any alternative to [competitor]?"

The buyer already uses someone else's product and is unhappy. Ready to switch to whoever gets named in the replies.

Answer lives in Comparison threads · niche subreddits Named or not named
  2. 02 Looking for a reason to back out

    "Is [your brand] legit?"

You have already been picked and are being checked before payment. A thread with no brand reply reads as confirmation of the worst.

Answer lives in Brand search · Reddit, Telegram, forums Silence here is expensive
  3. 03 Building a shortlist

"Who is best in this space? What should I pick?"

They understand the problem but are comparing products for the first time. This is where the shortlist is formed.

Answer lives in "What to choose" threads · Q&A platforms This is where finalists are chosen
  4. 04 Not choosing a vendor yet

"How do I even solve this problem?"

The deal is far away, but a useful answer here is remembered. When the choice comes, the familiar name wins.

Answer lives in Guides · breakdowns · experience threads This is where trust is earned

Ads and SEO do not reach this far. Only those who take part make it into these discussions.

Discussion map

First we find the discussions. Only then we decide where to take part.

The map shows where your audience already asks and who answers them. The participation plan comes only after that.

An example. Every niche has its own map.

For the owner

You see which discussions send deals to competitors and where we start.

For the marketer

Specific threads and priorities instead of vague "social presence".

From gap to action

Each gap needs its own format of participation

We do not start with "let's post comments". First we find which discussions you are missing from, and only then decide how to enter. Below are the four most common gaps.

Gap 01

"Every recommendation names someone else"

  • We enter existing threads of comparisons and recommendations with expert answers.
  • We track new questions of the "what to choose" type and answer while the thread is hot.
  • We mention the brand naturally, where it answers the question instead of replacing the answer.
Gap 02

"People ask about us and get silence"

  • We monitor brand mentions across communities, including "is [brand] legit".
  • We reply as the brand or as an expert, calmly and on the merits.
  • We address negativity inside the thread before it becomes the top result for your brand.
Gap 03

"Other people's threads on our topic rank in Google"

  • We create owned threads: cases, guides and breakdowns that the community upvotes.
  • We enter threads that already rank and are read from search for years.
  • We build community pages as an asset for Google and AI answers.
Gap 04

"We want leads through expertise, not ads"

  • We grow an expert account for your team member across niche communities.
  • We publish breakdowns with real numbers that the audience saves and shares.
  • We handle inbound direct messages: warm B2B leads with no ad budget.

Tick everything that sounds like your situation

Eight signs that communities in your niche are already selling, just not you. Nothing is sent anywhere: the ticks are simply prefilled into the form if you decide to submit it.

Sample deliverable

What the plan you receive looks like

Not a slide deck with conclusions but a working file. The marketer pulls tasks from it, the owner sees which discussions the brand entered this month.

A format demo, not your project. Your file will hold as many rows as there are live discussions we find in your niche.

For the owner

You see which discussions the brand entered this month and what it produced: upvotes, replies, clicks, inbound requests.

For the marketer

Rows go straight into the backlog: thread, platform, format, deadline. No need to translate strategy into tasks by hand.

Budget

What it costs and what drives the price

We name the exact figure after the mini-audit: scope depends on the niche, GEO and number of platforms. But it is fairer to know the ballpark upfront than to discover it on the third call.

First check whether this is about you

SaaS / AI

Your categories are discussed in subreddits daily: alternatives, comparisons, migrations.

FinTech / Finance

Before trusting anyone with money, people ask communities: "has anyone used this, is it safe?"

iGaming

The choice is driven by discussions, player experience and "who can be trusted" questions.

B2B services

Vendors are found through recommendations, and expert answers bring warm leads into your DMs.

D2C and products

The purchase decision follows reading other people's experience in threads and reviews.

We do not sell "20 Reddit comments". We sell brand presence where the audience decides who to trust, long before they visit your site or talk to sales.

Step 1

Community mini-audit

Free before the start

If the niche potential is unclear, we verify it on real data instead of promises.

  • Active subreddits, chats, groups and forums in your niche
  • Real threads where your audience already asks
  • Which competitors are present there and how
  • 5–10 specific opportunities to enter

The list stays with you even if you continue without us.

Wide coverage

Several markets and platforms

Custom quote

Several GEOs, languages or simultaneous work across multiple community platforms.

  • A separate community map for every market and language
  • Dedicated accounts and tone of voice per platform
  • Parallel work across all meaningful communities
  • Budget is calculated after a mini-audit of each market

We do not build one-size-fits-all packages: community activity varies too much between niches.

What drives the price

  • Niche activity. Ten live discussions a month and a hundred require very different effort.
  • Markets and languages. Every new market needs its own community map and its own accounts.
  • Number of platforms. Reddit alone, or Reddit plus Telegram, Facebook groups, forums and Q&A at the same time.
  • Starting point. With no accounts and no participation history, the first months are harder.
  • Content. Whether you supply the material or we write it for every thread.

Scope of responsibility

We are accountable for the work. We do not promise to control communities.

We guarantee research quality, native participation, compliance with platform rules, transparent reporting and systematic work.

  • We do not guarantee every post or comment survives
  • We do not guarantee fixed reach
  • We do not promise an exact number of leads upfront
  • We do not guarantee indexation or ranking of a thread in Google
  • We do not turn the work into spam and mass links
  • We do not hand the same scope to every client
FAQ

Before we start with communities

01What is community marketing?

It is a systematic brand presence in the communities where your audience discusses problems, compares products and asks for recommendations: Reddit, Telegram chats, Facebook groups, X, WhatsApp groups, forums and Q&A platforms. The brand takes part in those threads as an expert, not as an ad banner.

02Is this only about Reddit?

No. Reddit is the main platform right now, but the work is not limited to it: Telegram chats, Facebook groups, X, WhatsApp groups, niche forums, Quora and other Q&A platforms. We pick platforms by where your audience actually spends time, not by how popular a platform is in general.

03How is this different from Reddit ads?

Ads are labelled as ads, and people making a choice scroll past them. We work inside the discussions themselves: answering questions, joining comparisons, running expert accounts. Those answers get read precisely because they do not look like advertising.

04Will the accounts get banned?

We follow each community’s rules: warmed accounts, natural participation, no spam and no mass link drops. Nobody can guarantee that every single post survives, so the plan is built so the result never depends on one comment.

05How is this different from SERM?

SERM cleans up search results for your brand name. Community marketing works earlier: inside discussions where the buyer is still comparing options and often has not heard of you. The two reinforce each other.

06How does this affect SEO and AI answers?

Reddit and forum threads rank in Google for comparison and choice queries, and AI assistants lean on live discussions when they recommend products. Presence in the right threads works as a long-term asset both in search and in AI answers.

07Can we post as the company?

There are two formats: an official brand account and personal expert accounts of your team. Which one fits depends on the platform and the type of discussion. Most often both run in parallel, each in its own role.

08When do the first results appear?

First answers and mentions appear within the first weeks. The systemic effect compounds: the longer the brand is present in discussions, the more often it gets named without us.

09How is the result measured?

The number of quality mentions and discussions, engagement, indexation of threads in Google and their positions, referral traffic and inbound requests where trackable, and branded demand dynamics. The exact metric set is agreed before the start.

10How much does it cost?

The standard range for the full program is $1,250–2,000 per month. Several GEOs, languages or platforms at once are quoted individually. If the niche potential is unclear, we start with a free mini-audit.
